Ok- here goes... Thank you so much for wanting to add me as a friend... here's a "novel" (j/k) of who I am: I don't have rippling abs, I don't grow moustaches or goatees well, and I'm no thug who wants girls to "holla back" or "Hit me up!" I'm almost 40 and I don't have time for grown-ups wanting to be youthful. There- I got that out for the 'My Space" crowd. I'm a God fearing Christian, who has been blessed numerous of times and has seen that even though you are given a bitter cup to drink in your trials in life, doesn't mean you throw it away- drink it up! In other words, life has it's moments, deal with them! No matter what you are going through, it could be worse. In that moment of bitter tears, harsh anger, and embarrassing situations, feel that you are alive and savor that moment and Live- it will get better. Do good things, and you will be rewarded. I'm a self-professed geek, who enjoys WWE Wrestling, comic books, renaissance fairs, soap operas, Japanese Anime, action figure collecting, sword play/ collecting, Food Network, all things SUPERMAN, including Smallville and going to comic book/ sci-fi conventions. A "Heroes" fan who enjoys singing praise to The Lord or singing with Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra on Sirius satelite radio. I appreciate honor and loyalty, and find that very cool in people. I enjoy all types of respectable people- just ask me. I work for a utility company that services Northern California and really do enjoy my job. Single father not by choice, but by circumstance, who took a STANCE for what was right and moral in a marriage!! I'm not here to pick up or "shop", I enjoy just meeting new people and I'm very "sweet" on someone right anyways. I dream that my daughters will not have it rough in raising their families one day. That they look at their parents as examples in doing what is right, and not acting out what is wrong. To be strong and heroic, not shady and cowardly. To speak the truth eye to eye, and to never disrespect a person with lies- especially eye to eye. If they have a bitter cup or a hard walk in life, I don't want them to take the easy way out and be labled a coward; I want them to choose to drink their bitter cup. Also, be honest as I respect direct honesty; any victim of lies will tell you that to lie is to be a coward, but to tell the truth- no matter the consequence, you're genuine (in fact, most children will tell you the same thing too!) and considered by some, heroic. Again- Superman is my life avatar; Truth and Justice is more than a mantra to me. If a person is committed to HEROISM- to do the right thing at the cost of personal sacrifice- to put the needs of many before yourself, then you are fighting the NEVER ENDING BATTLE. For my legacy and lineage, I want my daughters to see MY fighting example and know the difference and take a stance. I want them to be HEROES!!
